On the social media and other websites, I have been seeing so many negative comments about Daraz.pk. To test how genuine they are, I have ordered a few things from Daraz including some big and small items. My list includes an Orient LED, Nido Milk, Cerelac, a Charging fan, and a Washing Machine.
First, I thought I shouldn't risk ordering items for my baby. One Nido pack cost me around 160rs. lesser than the market. But, anyhow, I proceeded and ordered. I was thinking that the expiry date of the milk must be near that's why it's available at this rate, but I was wrong. The expiry date on the product was 2020, which highly amazed me. I ordered it from 11.11 sale.
Rest of the items turned out fine but there was a charging issue with the fan I ordered. By using Daraz App I filled the return form, and after a day, I got a call from Daraz customer service agent apologizing for the item and he assured me that they would pick the item from my house within a day or two. After two days, a van arrived and picked my item and in less than a week I received a new fan working great.
My question to my fellow Pakistanis are when you don't know anything about online ordering then why you defame a company? Online shopping is a blessing for the people who couldn't leave their house due to different reasons, or don't have enough time to shop. Also, Daraz is providing opportunities to the people to start their business from the ease of their home. Please, it is a request that if you can't promote anything good that is happening in the country, then stay silent and let others decide on their own.
